Due to the rain, we will be having our troop meeting tonight via Zoom. It is especially important for those signed up for the campout to attend the Zoom meeting.
One of the most important items tonight will be meal planning for the boys. Since they won’t be able to bring their money to their grubmasters tonight, please send it with them to the campout. If they are signed up to go on the campout then they need to pay their grubmaster, regardless of if they back out (unless they can contact their grubmaster before he buys the food.)
Grub Money for this weekend:
Boys: $10 (Bring $6 for your patrol Grubmaster, we’ll put $4 each on your dues balance to cover dinner Saturday night)
Adults: $15 (Bring $8 to adult grubmaster, we’ll put $7 on your son’s dues balance to cover dinner Saturday night.)
Speaking of Dinner Saturday night, we are going to cook a whole hog, cuban style! We’ll have all the trimmings as well so come prepared to eat. If you don’t or can’t eat pork please let me know asap and we’ll do our best to accommodate. (Chicken, or vegetables)
ADULTS: Eric Badowski is going to send a link to the Adult Committee Meeting, which will be tonight also. Please don’t get the boy’s troop meeting and that troop meeting confused.
