We received NO applications for the $5000 scholarship from our Scouts! So we have decided to extend the deadline to June 1.
Some students don’t bother to apply because they think they cannot win because they don’t have top grades. I want to emphasize that this scholarship will NOT be awarded based on the student with the highest grades. It will be awarded to a student who may not have the highest grades but is well rounded. One that participates in other activities and service work. Please urge those Scouts who are eligible to apply. The chances of receiving the scholarship are high!
Attached are two application forms. One is to print, fill in and mail. One is fillable and can be saved, then emailed to us.
