Please reference the attachment for details related to next week’s hike. I am sending this now so you have time to gather items, feel free to ask questions about gear before you buy.
We will have loaner backpacks at Monday’s Troop meeting. You will be assigned a backpack and will be responsible for returning it in the same condition. When we return to 17 acres on Sunday the 14th, you will not take the backpack you loaned home with you. You will need to have a separate bag to place your backpack items in. We do this to reduce the chance of backpacks being misplaced, which has happened.
The weather is looking great, but it’s way too early, so there could be some gear updates next week.
