If you haven’t read through the parent guide, and your son has never been to a T221 Summer Camp – I highly recommend it. This is not a normal camp, and forgetting key items will be a real bummer for them, and it could impact their experience. Everything in the packing list is important! Temperatures should be in the low 80’s during the day and lows in the mid to low 60’s – give or take 5 degrees at night. A brief rain shower is expected on several days at camp. Once again, please help your sons be prepared – especially if they have never been to a summer camp.
Please look over your son’s class schedule, but also understand – registration is closed. We will do our best to work out any remaining issues once we are at camp.
Be mindful of the following fees to be paid at camp for certain classes:
Leatherwork – $15
Basketry – $20
Space Exploration – $15
Woodcarving – $10
These fees are to buy kits at the camp store, required for each class. This money is in addition to trip money you send with your son, which will be given to a banker at the parking lot.
The details about trip money and preferred denominations, is all in the parent guide.
I am happy to answer any questions, and I will see you at 5:30PM this Saturday!
