Several scouts (and adults) had the opportunity to volunteer at a summer luau dance party at My Possibilities. Scouts helped with grilling hot dogs, then serving the hot dogs, along with chips, rice crispy treats, and drinks.
Scouts were on clean-up duty by wiping down tables, sweeping floors, taking down decorations, and taking out trash.
But the best part of the evening was getting to interact with the HIPsters (hugely important people)! Scouts acted as “chaperones” and got to talk and dance with the party goers. Lots of smiles all around and everyone looked like they had a blast!
